Refund policy

Although our master packer Clive has hoofs instead of hands, all orders are picked and packed with care. We ship using a trusted courier partner (not water buffalo).

However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will be happy to assist with your enquiry.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we can currently only cover shipping costs if there is a problem with your order.
